When I called I actually got to talk to a live person and they answered immediately and were extremely friendly. Matt made my carpets and couches look new again. My wife and I have 2 golden retrievers that had a few accidents on our carpets. We hired a company to come out and clean the urine spots and get rid of the odor because they said it wouldn’t be a problem. We ended up having them come out twice because the stains kept coming back after they left and the smell wasn’t gone either. So we called Nashoba Pros and all I can say is Wow!
